Description Hire Charges Delivery

We have a complete Samsung office phone system that can be installed and made to basically work.

It can't receive or make calls to outside phones but can make phone calls between phones within the system. The phone displays work and they will ring with the top LED flashing when ringing.

You will need one of our technicians to install the system but it can then be left installed until the end of the shoot.

There are two styles of phones : The DS5007S and the DS5014D which has a control pad on the right. There are also some 'reception keypads' that connect to the DS5007S phones. These have lots of buttons to quickly connect to other extensions. They would usually be on the reception desk.

There are 14x DS5007S phones, 2x DS5014D phones and 4 Reception Keypads.

Minimum Order Charge

We do have a minimum order charge of £50 (excluding delivery) for all hires. This is to cover the time involved in organising and dispatching a single small item. Sorry :-(

Payment

New clients are required to pay in advance by BACS or credit card. Repeat customers can open a credit account with us on 30 days terms.

Multiple Items & Job Lots

If you're looking to fit out an entire set and need many items, we are happy to quote a discounted rate based on the quantity of items.

Dry Hire

The term dry hire means to hire an item without having a technician supplied to support it. Most of our small items are available to dry hire, but some of the more complicated equipment that require specialist knowledge are not. In these cases we will deliver the item(s) personally and set them up for you. Please call us for a quotation based on the hire period and location.
